THE STARTUP OKRS MANIFESTO

The work we do only exists to drive an outcome. It matters not how many things we do, or how good we think those things are. When all is said and done, we will not be measured by our ability to complete our task list or ship a feature, but by the outcomes we achieve

Startups have little certainty about the right work to be done. Understanding this is fundamental to success. We are balancing the execution of the things we know will deliver the outcomes, with learning about the things we do not know. The blur of these two functions is one of the quickest ways to (at best) waste time/money or (at worst) kill our Startup

We only grow as fast as our constraint. Somewhere in our funnel/organization is a bottleneck that is holding us back from growth, work on any other area is all but pointless
